He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Matias, Steven and Carmen; and his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Clara Rodriguez.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl, Angela, Jaime and Deborah. He is also survived by nephews, sons in law and even his grandsons.
