He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Mollhoff (Bouchie); and his brother Peter Mollhoff. He is survived by: his father Wayne Mollhoff (Janece) of Nebraska; his wife Tammy Mollhoff; his children, Michael, Alexandra and Brittany Mollhoff; his stepsons, Connor and Brayden Wilson; his brothers, Chris Mollhoff (Holly Unrau) of Nebraska and Alex Mollhoff (Jeff Keyes) of Columbus, Ohio; and his stepsister Sara Black (Ian) of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish, a memorial contribution can be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the Wounded Warrior Project, both organizations that John strongly supported.
