It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Andrews Sanchez of Thornton, Colorado, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Sanchez and Jesse Sanchez; and his sisters, Lena Meehan and Dora Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kay Sanchez; his sister Alice Gomez; his children, Diana Broughton, John Sanchez (Linda), Roger Sanchez, Marianne Burns, Brenda Westby (Clark) and Lisa Calvey (Brian); and his stepchildren, Guy Richardson, Julie Wright (Andy), Forrest Richardson, Lisa Underwood (Ron) and Linda Engels (Jim). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
