He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Porter and Chris Porter; his stepfather Chris Porter (Jennifer Porter); his stepbrother Christopher Porter (Kaylee Porter); his aunts and uncles, Tony, Robin Covello, Daniel Adams, Chance and Amanda Buell; his nephew Greyson Turmell; and his cousins, Antonio Covello, Tanner Covello, Daniel Adams Jr., Kyle Adams, Lindsey Adams and Paisley Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a Suicide Prevention organization of your choice, in honor of Jeremiah's memory and to support others who may be in need.
