He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fragale; his daughters, Kristin Ragsdale (Trevor) and Amber Schuler (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jesse Ragsdale, Jamie Ragsdale, Theodore Ragsdale, Jocelyn Schuler, Richard Schuler and Lorelai Schuler; his father Jerry C. Womack; and his sister Vickie Smiley.
