She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Hahn and Michelle Hahn (Zak) of Grover; her daughter Clarity (Declan); her sister Kaylie (Hahn); her brother-in-law Zach Slotterback of Greeley, Her; her brother Kelby; her sister-in-law Danielle Hahn of Loveland; her sister Kelsie Watts (Hahn) of Cheyenne; her grandmothers, Susan Zak of Berthoud and Sharon Hahn of Grover; her nieces and nephews, Hallie, Addyson, Kenneth and Brock; and her family, Kevin, Michelle Hahn, Adamson and Ave.
