He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Fitzgerald and Nichole Fitzgerald; his daughter Hazel Mae Fitzgerald; his stepfather Rodney Ruch; his sisters, Ashley Fitzgerald, Erin Fitzgerald and Olivia Fitzgerald; and his grandparents, John, Marsha Fitzgerald, Gerald, Jacqueline Degenhart and Patricia Ruch.
