He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Levett and Hermina Levett (Schlesinger); and his siblings, Adrienne, Michael, Lee and Ellen.
He is survived by: his son Steve Slaughter; and his brother Stewart Levett. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and friends.
