He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bonson and Mary Ellen Bonson; his wife Patricia Irene Bonson; his daughter Lisa Kay Ward (Dale); and his grandson Jason Nelson Bonson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Sargent (Don), Holly Jump (Jim), Shelly Ritucci (Dan) and Crystal Lazaroff (Shane); and his sisters, Julia Jordan, Cecilia Staab and Mae Lee Bonson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several step-grandchildren; as well as, six great-grandchildren.
