He is survived by: his wife Annette; his mother Patricia Martinez; his sons, David and Chris; his daughters-in-law, Brooke and Brittany; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Jackson, McKinna, Brayden and Hailey; his siblings, Michael, Karen, Charles and Jody; and his godchildren, Andrea, Arcadia, Candace and Isaac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
