He is survived by: his children, Kelly Billings and Jason McTaggart; his stepdaughter Heather Richardson; his grandchildren, Brandon Billings, Dallon Billings, Christopher Billings, Kaitlyn Billings, Shannon, April, Justice, Liberty and Phoenix; his great grandchildren, Hazel, James, Nova, Melody and Desmond; and his sisters, Donna Love and Pamela Hildebrand. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
