She was predeceased by: her close friend Robin Smeriglio of Wallingford. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Cummiskey and Elsie "Gaye" Cummiskey (Jabs); her daughters, Alexi Paulina Peak and Taylor Rose Peak; her boyfriend Kip Miller; the father of her children Mark Peak; her brother Robert Cummiskey (Jane Cummiskey) of Bristol; her niece Sarah Ayotte (Cummiskey); and her nephew Brian Cummiskey. She is also survived by cousins from both her parents.
