She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Sandoval and Cristobal Sandoval; and her children, Kevin and Devon. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughter Monique; and her grandchildren, Hevan-Cy, Nyla, Nico and DeAndre. She is also survived by the youngest of 13 children Fran leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
