He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Passard (Schumacher) and Harold Neff; and his son Timothy Passard. He is survived by: his wife Dee Passard (Vance); his daughter Jamie Passard of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Henry and Remi (Kennedy); and his siblings, Jim Passard (Judy) of Denver, CO, Larry Passard (Cindy) of Denver, CO, Margie Friend (Bill) of Denver, CO, Half, Doug Neff (Charlotte), Bob (Debi), Georgie Neff, Sue Jarvis (Steve) and Wanda Larson (Mark).
