It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Kay Lewis (Thornton, Colorado), who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy, Kelly (Evan) and Christy; her husband Dudley Lewis; her daughters, Jillian (Ryan), Emma, Tre and Taylor; and her brother Ronald Wagner.
