He is survived by: his wife JoDee; his children, Lindsey (Jack), Chris (Jack) and Kelly; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Adilyn; his sisters, Debbie Hoffman (Randy) and Sherry Kincaid (Mike); and his mother Shirley Jenkins. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
