He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Myers and Wilma Myers; his son Paul; and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Michelle, Jennifer and Jeffrey; and his sister Jan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dennis' memory to AccentCare Hospice, or to the American Cancer Society.
