She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Aguirre and Tomas Cobos; her former husband Vincent Mendoza; her husband John Hernandez; her sister Jane Lopez; and her sons, Tomas Mendoza and Nicolas Mendoza.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent Mendoza, Jr., Greeley Carlos Mendoza (Selena) of Lubbock, TX, Francesco Mendoza of Thornton, CO and Mary Mendoza Knoedler (Heinz Knoedler) of Schertz, TX; and her siblings, Tomas Cobos of Wichita Falls, TX and Mary Aguirre of Delphos, OH.. She is also survived by 100 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Olinger Highland Mortuary Heritage Hall Chapel (10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229).
