He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Andrea Perry (Dillion Frisk) and Alisha Campbell (Rick); his stepchildren, Wes Markussen (Katie), Sean Markussen (Toree) and Nicole Comar (Alex); his grandchildren, Elijah, Nathan, Nolan, Logan, Mason, Grant, Charlotte and Madison; his siblings, Brian Perry (Carla) and Laura Schumacher (Andie Garnand); his nieces, Kristin Venutolo and Kaylee Schumacher (Mason Metzger); his nephew Logan Perry (Nicole); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson, Arabella, Landon and Colton. He is also survived by his extended family and countless friends.
