It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Dean Lusk (Swink, Colorado), who passed away on March 27, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lusk and Hazel Lusk; his brother Wayne; and his sister-in-law Esther Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Mable Lusk (Jenkins); his brother Larry Lusk (Lanny) of La Junta; his daughter Carrie Thompson of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Seth (Amanda), Isaac (Anna) of Colorado Springs and Melissa Duarte (Joel) of Valencia, Spain; his son Greg Lusk (Dawnette) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Jordan, Savannah, Dakota, T'Keema, Jayda, McKenzie and Wyatt Lusk; his son Mark Lusk (Renee) of Amarillo, TX; his grandsons, James Reid and Sam; his son Matthew Lusk (Annette) of Naples; his grandchildren, Solomon, Mattea, Shaylah and Tresana; his great grandchildren, Penny Thompson (Seth) and Jonah Thompson (Isaac); his stepson Fabian Spell; his children, Justin and Destiny; and his grandchildren, Ely and Kynlee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted by the Arkansas Valley Hospice or Walsh Health Care Center (earmarked for veterans).
