She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Reeder and Florence Reeder; her husband Everett "Bud" Monroe; her siblings, Sheryl Brown and Allen Reeder; and her grandson Preston Matthew Cross.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelley Wink (Robert) of Hallam, NE and Stacey Cross (Matt) of Stratton, CO; her grandchildren, Bailey Wink (Hannah), Levi Shean (Courtney), Skylar Phillips (Abbey), Machenzy Bjerke (Trevor), Michayla Baca (Gerry) and Zane Cross; her great grandchildren, Slade Phillips, Charlotte Bjerke, Echo and Antonio Baca; her sister-in-law Karen Monroe; and her brother Hal Reeder (Shannon). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eastern Plains Animal Welfare Alliance (EPAWA), an organization close to Sherry's heart due to her love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
