He was predeceased by: his uncle Cory Levell. He is survived by: his parents, Erik Mulholland and Katrina Mulholland; his siblings, Alyssa and Leon; and his grandparents, Debbie Gueck, Allen Gueck, Dawn Lloyd and Gene Mulholland. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
