It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penni Lynn Fox of Stratton, Colorado, born in Burlington, Colorado, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Darrel and Cecilia Fox; and her brother Edward Parker III. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Havens and Mary Havens (Wright); her husband Don Fox of Stratton; her children, Ryan Fox of Crowley County, CO, Sara Sloan (Justin) of Colby, KS and Morgan Kappenman (Steve) of Hutchinson, KS.; her siblings-in-law, DeAnna Ely (W. C.) of Stratton, Darren Fox of Stratton and Heidi Fox of Johnstown, CO.; her nephews, Jesse Seelhoff (Holly) of Flemming, CO and Luke Seelhoff (Tiffany) of St. George, UT; and her niece Katie Seelhoff of Evergreen, CO. She is also survived by her four grandsons.
