Borders of Stratton, Colorado, born in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lowe and Laura Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Dick (Dick); and her sons, Richard (Brenda) of Arriba, CO and Mark (Gretchen) of Wheatland, WY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
