He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Garner and Susie Garner (Hampton); his siblings, Velma, Paul, Robert, Mabel, Wanda and Norma (Charlene); and his grandson Andy.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his daughter Sandy Cummings (Danny); and his stepchildren, Mary Tart (Larry) and Dave Gwyn (Donna). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
