He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Brooks" Stanley and Velma Elizabeth Shapley Stanley; his brother Gilbert; and his son Chad Maag. He is survived by: his spouse Helen Brammer; his children, Mike Stanley (Peggy) of Westminster, Sammie Jo Honstead (Lary) of Sterling, James D. Stanley (Suzanne) of Greeley, Michelle Pape (Maag) and Wendy Blake (Rocky); his siblings, Marion (Vi) of King City, CA, Bernard (Betty) of Bridgeport, NE, Clayton (Margaret) of Greeley, CO, Marvin of Sterling, CO, Roberta Stanley of Denver, CO, Edith Schwenn of Gettysburg, SD, Mildred Fisher of Litchfield, NE, Mary Allred (Rex) of Rangeley, CO, Carolyn Hughes (Dave) of New Raymer, CO and Judy Kummer (Fred) of Yuma, AZ; and his sister-in-law Joan Stanley of Waukee, IA. He is also survived by 24 grandkids and spouses, 19 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
