He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Smith; his sons, Hunter Smith, Houston Smith and Haxton Smith; his sister Jen Vondy (Colby Vondy); his parents, Richard Smith and Angela Smith; his grandparents, Ronnie Funk, Connie Meharg and Sue Wagner; his mother-in-law Anita Webster; his sister-in-law Kayla Hietbrink; and his nephews, Kamyrn Smith, Gunner, Boone Vondy and Kayson Hietbrink. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
