It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Newton Sanders of Sterling, Colorado, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilburn Sanders and Jewel Schneider. He is survived by: his great-aunt Charity Sanders; his great-uncle Bill Hadfield; his sister Jenevieve Sanders Manuello Desoto; and his nieces and nephews, Gene Manuello (Kathie), Dowene Gregory (Glen), Carole Bretz (Ken), Vickie Cecil (Jim), Tammie Malone, Shellie Haragan (Bill), Dan Schneider (Diane), Nancy Sollee, Cindy Gulisano (Dick), Rhonda Roberts (Dale), Willene Brondum (Michael) and Melanie Sanders.
