She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Propst and Grace Propst; her husband Neal; and her brothers, Robert, Howard and Keith Propst.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Ransom (Sandra), Marcia Veeder (Rex) and Candace McClain (Dean). She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the ALS Foundation in Honor of Virginia.
