He is survived by: his parents, Larry Johnson and Julie Johnson (Reichman); his wife Melanie Unruh; his siblings, Mckella Johnson and Trevor Johnson; his nephew Eli Johnson; his grandparents, LaDene Rutt and Larry Rutt; his parents-in-law, Robert Unruh and Patricia Unruh; and his brother-in-law Brian Unruh.
