It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roy D. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Ann Edwards and Harlan Dean Weitzel of Sterling. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Edwards and Roxann Edwards (Weitzel) of Sterling; his son Jesus; his sisters, Bobbi Archuleta (Les) of Sterling and Jamie West (Christian) of Centennial, CO.; his uncle George M Edwards of Sterling; and his aunt Patty Brunacci of Windsor. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.

“Though we’ll be at Roy’s service we still want to say what a bright light he was in our lives. For one thing, the way he cheerfully greeted us every time he saw us. For another, the way he was always willing to step in and help. He invited us to asked him & he stepped in even at the last minute unless he just couldn’t. He was patient and joyful. We’re glad for him to be with Jesus, but the world is a poorer place without Roy. Much love, Bob & Kimily”
