He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Waters and Lavera Knorr; and his brothers, Donnie Waters and Duane Waters. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Herdt; his son Richard (Marcia); his grandchildren, Richard III and Katie; his son Michael (Tracee); his grandchildren, Paytan, Ryan and Keaton; his daughter Nikki Juengst (Scott); and his grandchildren, Sean, Alexis and Elizabeth.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tennant Funeral Home & Crematory (330 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751).
