He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ann Allen of Greeley, CO; his children, James Allen of Sterling, CO, Kelly Allen of Sterling, CO, Tonja Payne (Scotty) of Sterling, CO, Dawn Burch of Sterling, CO, Ron Seidler (Denise) of Eaton, CO and Richard Burch (Cindy) of Briggsdale, CO; his siblings, Kent Allen, Randy Allen (Janet) of La Porte, CO, Renee Horner (Andy) of Greeley, CO and Kolette Johnson (Rocky) of Sterling, CO; and his grandchildren, Heath Seifert, Harley Babb, Corey Burch, Travis Burch, Natasha Krautschun, Amanda Rae, Jaeson Gnadt, Justin Gnadt, Anthony Nichols, Thomas Allen, Brandi Cassell, Mariah Campbell, Miranda Modrell, Brandon Modrell, Sadie Payne, Danessa Allen, Jeremy King and Trevor Smith. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
