He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ryan and Lillian Ryan; his brothers, George Ryan and Matt Ryan; and his nephew Tim Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ryan (Kelberlau) of Sterling; his children, Kris Van Laningham (Jeff) of Fort Collins, Colleen Ryan of Loveland, Eddy Ryan of Sterling, Michelle Morimitsu (Chris) of Laramie and Drew Ryan (Colleen) of Philadelphia, PA.; and his siblings, Pat Ryan of Downers Grove, IL., Jim Ryan (Mary Jo) of Lombard, IL., Danny Ryan of Downers Grove, IL., Laura Andrzejewski (Lee) of Glendale, AZ. and Casey Ryan (Lin) of Westmont, IL.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
