It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew J. Korbe of Sterling, Colorado, born in Iliff, Colorado, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Korbe and Anna Korbe (Gertner); and his sisters, Pauline Marks and Martha. He is survived by: his wife Doris Sewald; and his children, Chris (Kellie), Lori Smith (Randy), Melinda Miller (Warren), Tim, Steve (Kalah) and Jenny Giadone (Guy). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
