She is survived by: her husband Michael P. Lantz, Jr.; her sons, Shaun Smiley, Nicholas Smiley and Cody Lantz; her grandchildren, Caela, Netanah and Asher; her sisters, Carolyn Jones, Lynne Boothe and Cindy McMahon; and her nephew Roger Fleck.
