She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mitchek and Martha Mitchek; her husband Everett Maxwell; and her daughter Margie. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Vandergriff of Merino, CO and Milton Mitchek of Oregon; her children, Marvin Smith (Carol) of Oregon, Wayne Smith (Shirley) of Mt. Vernon, MO, Connie Smith (Bill) of Atwood, CO, Vonda Moreno of Westminster, CO and Sharon Schrag; and her great grandchild Echo Wilson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grand-children, nieces and nephews.
