He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kester and Patricia Kester (O'Brien); and his siblings, Raymond, Frank, Dan Kester and Kathy Blakeslee.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kester; his children, Melissa Davis (Chad), Patrick Kester and Mike Kester; and his grandchildren, Peter, Brien and Jordan.
