He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Sr. and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Victor Jr., John, Bob and Shirley Billings.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ertle of Iliff; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Karen; his granddaughters, Katelyn and Kyla; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Gail Zink; and his siblings, Joe, Betty Farner and Rita Quint. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
