He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Theleman (Edward), Carolyn Rutledge (Larry), Sandra Hicks (Stanley) and L. Allen Henderson (Linda); his grandchildren, Mike Theleman (Danae), Michelle Woods (Thane), Melissa Mitchell (Ian), Barbara Holsapfel, Carrie Zimmerman (Greg), Cathy Castillo, Matthew Hicks (Kendra), Joy Battistone (Tom), Mark Hicks (Jessica), Jennifer Fyola (Mike) and Steven Campbell; and also Marilyn (Merlin Keys). He is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren.
