He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Christensen and Mary Irene Christensen (Goudie). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kae Franklin; his sons, Mark Alan Christensen (Tami) and Dale Ray Christensen (Cari); and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Claire, Emma and Sam.
