He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Charles and Helen Ilow Lybarger (Stark); and his brothers, Frederick (Jerry), Carter, Col. Robert and Deacon Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Joyce of Sterling; his children, Jennifer Lynn Mitchell (Stephen) of Arvada and Larry Mark (Kathy) of Grand Junction; his sister Elaine Giesler (David); his grandchildren, Sarah Lohmeyer (Nathan) of Denver, Robert Lybarger (Heather) of New York City, NY and Collin Lybarger (Amanda) of Salem, OR; his great grandchildren, Jack and Charlie Lohmeyer; and his sister-in-law Geri Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
