He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lenard and Alma Jeannette Lynch Fetzer; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Smith; his children, Dean (Debra) and Kim Miller (Kevin) of Fort Morgan; his grandchildren, Adrianna Latta (Ryan) of Gunnison and Bradley Miller (Sage) of Wellington; his great grandchild Jonathan Latta; and his siblings, Jeannette Hammer of Sterling and Randy Fetzer (Denise) of Cheyenne.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chaney-Reager Funeral Home and Crematory (443 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the 1st Presbyterian Church (130 S 4th St, Sterling, CO 80751). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (18611 US-6, Sterling, CO 80751).
