She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Marcelyn Patterson of Otis and Vadie Spurling of Oden Arkansas. She is survived by: her parents, David Spurling and Lana Spurling (Patterson) of Otis; her aunt Bette Patterson of Otis; her uncles, Eugene Cowart and Jim Milham of California; her cousin Nancy Milham; her sisters, Alisha Thorn (Devin) of Akron and Brooke Price (Ryan) of Otis; her nieces and nephews, Jarryd Smith (Jaydan), Gavin, Hattie Price, Kiley Florian, Tyler, Erick Thorn and Ashley Wesley (Jordan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tayte, Temperance, Daxtyn Smith, Kira Andeerson, Peyton Glenn, Johnny and Elli Wesley; her aunts and uncles, Jerry Patterson (Cheryl), Lonny Patterson (Sandy) and Cathy Cowart; and her cousins, Collin Patterson (Michelle), Shae Smith (Dan), Jamie Weber (Jerry), Sara Botkin (Jon), Amy Grantham (Nick), Dillon Patterson, Trent Wilkerson, John Patterson, Derik Dittmer, Haley Perry (Andrew), Melissa Lybrand (David) and Rick Cowart.
