It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Hanna of Sterling, Colorado, born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Hanna Sr. and Mary Jane Hanna (Fritz); his former wife Carol Lindstrom; his brother Earl Hanna Jr.; his sister-in-law Shirley Hanna; and his niece Sandra Jarvis.
He is survived by: his wife Winona M. Hanna of Sterling, CO; and his stepson Wendell Potter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, one nephew, nine great nieces and one great nephew.
