He was predeceased by: his parents, Timoteo Garcia and Angelena Garcia (Valdez); his siblings, Julie Garcia, Lupe Garcia, Mary Garza, Albert Garcia and Joe Garcia; and his son San Martin Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Montemoyer; his children, Paul Garcia (Abbi), Victoria Rossa (David), Terri Tolbert (Ian), Lori Krupske (Coyne) and Cynthia Fonseca (Richard Lewis); his grandchildren, Austin Garcia, Caleb Garcia and Taylor Fonseca; and his sisters, Jeane Vargas, Isabel Garcia, Mitzi Reyes and Lola Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
