He was predeceased by: his parents, Tuff Custer and Fay Custer; his siblings, Rick Custer, Tammy Mathewson and Linda Custer; his close friend Carmen; and his pet Mickey.

He is survived by: his brother Michael Custer (Kari Gortemaker) of Oshkosh, NE.; and his guardian angels, Jim Jacobsen and Teri Granillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephew, cousins, aunts and uncles.
