It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Uhrig in Sterling, Colorado, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Jacob and Ellen Ruth Uhrig (Wiederspan); his parents-in-law, Reves and Edna Mae Melvin; his brother Jerry Uhrig; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Uhrig, Jerri and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Dean Melvin; his sons, Jeff Uhrig (Kelly) and Jacob Uhrig (Mike Hamburg); his grandsons, Colton (Tara) and Peyton Uhrig; his great grandchildren, Parker and Mason Uhrig; and his siblings, Ron Uhrig and Terry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
