With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Rusk Sr. of Sterling, Colorado, born in Eldon, Missouri, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Rusk and Maude Marie Moore; his wife Judy; his brothers, William Gene, Robert Lewis and Howard Edwin "Tooter" Rusk; and his son-in-law Jeff Yetter.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Rusk Jr. (Wendy) of Spanaway, WA, Melissa Lambrecht (Sandy) of Sterling, Jackie Rose (Dirk) of Sterling, Cheryl Rusk of Sterling and Justine Hanneman of Sterling; and his grandchildren, Nathan Rusk (Jenny) of Nashville, TN, Sean Bartholomew (Kara) of Spencer, IA, Alex Lambrecht, Katherine Lambrecht, Gavin Rusk of Sterling, Gabby Lambrecht of Scottsbluff, NE, Courissa Rusk, Kelsi Hasson and Zach Sanders of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
