She was predeceased by: her parents, John Headrick and Iva Headrick (Pettingill); her husband Clarence F. Amen; her daughter Carol Krieder; and her siblings, Harold (Sonny), Bob, Chuck, Dick, Hazel, Beulah, Dorothy and Polly.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Ann Amen, Paula Albrandt (Darrell), Kayle Amen and Brenda Lauer (Ken). She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
